At the heart of Phoenix Preschool is our incredible team of kaiako – a group of passionate, dedicated and genuinely caring people who bring warmth, enthusiasm and a wealth of experience to everything we do.
Together, our team brings well over 150years of collective experience in early childhood education. Several of our kaiako have been working in the sector for more than 20years, with some having been part of the Phoenix whānau for 10-20 plus years. This depth of experience is something we are incredibly proud of, but it is the relationships, care and commitment behind those years that truly make our team special.
Our kaiako know our tamariki, our families and each other so well. There is a genuine sense of trust, friendship, respect and teamwork within our team, creating a positive and happy environment that children can feel and experience every day.
We laugh together, learn together, support one another and share a genuine passion for giving tamariki the very best start in life. Every member of our team brings their own strengths, personality and unique gifts, while working together with a shared commitment to providing exceptional care, meaningful learning and nurturing relationships.
